Collection/drop of service:
Time critical medication £2.50 per administration
£1.50 per mile from postcode SS12 0PW (mileage is charged to and from the postcode for each journey)
Early drop-off/late collection fees of £25 apply outside of normal opening times
Raw Food
Additional cost for feeding raw food/special diets
Raw food- charge of £3 per 500g pack
Time-critical medication £2.50 per administration
Prices charged are prices quoted at the time of booking
Price reviews annually and at the discretion of Tudor Lodge
Card payments, bank transfers or cash are accepted as methods of payment
A 25% deposit is taken for bookings of less than 7 days. 50% deposit for bookings over 7 days, Balance due on dog/cat collection (end of stay)
A vaccination card or evidence of vaccination must be presented upon arrival for boarding (including home boarding)
Tudor Lodge reserves the right to charge the dates and times originally booked when cancelled or adjusted within 7 days of the boarding date. 50% of the total bill is due / the 50% deposit will be non-returnable if booking is cancelled within 7 days of boarding. Should you fail to attend the booking or cancel within 48 hours of the booking, the full balance will be due.
Double rates are charged on Christmas Day, Boxing Day, and New Year’s Day
